Julianna Kozara is a compassionate and thoughtful therapist who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. She believes that healing begins with connection and that meaningful change happens when individuals are met with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care.

Julianna works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), integrating these evidence-based approaches to help clients build emotional regulation skills, process traumatic experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping.

Her professional background includes serving as a Clinical Leader with Community Mental Health, where she provided clinical leadership, oversight, and support within a multidisciplinary care environment. This experience has strengthened her ability to work with complex presentations while maintaining a grounded, compassionate therapeutic presence.

Julianna’s approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals. She values meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Her goal is to help clients cultivate resilience, gain clarity, and move toward greater balance, stability, and wholeness.
